Does my Google Sheet data get stored on your servers?

No. Your menu data stays entirely in your Google Sheet. The QR code link only encodes your Store Name and Menu Title. All data fetching happens directly from Google's servers to the visitor's browser.

What columns does my Google Sheet need?

Your sheet must have these columns in order: Category, Name, English Name, Price, Description, Tags, Image Link, Status. The first row is the header and is skipped automatically.

How do I mark an item as Sold Out?

In the 'Status' column, type 'Sold Out'. The menu viewer automatically applies a grayscale filter and a Sold Out overlay badge to that item.

Why does the menu say 'Menu Not Available'?

Your Google Sheet is likely private. Go to File → Share → Publish to web, select Entire Document + CSV format, then click Publish. The generator tool includes a built-in setup guide.

Does this work for Chinese/English bilingual menus?
