1. Local-first file processing

Compatible AILabTools tools process files in your browser's memory. Those files are not uploaded to the AILabTools backend unless a tool clearly states that it uses a remote service before you use it.

Tool inputs, workflow state, and preferences may be kept in browser memory or local storage so the tool can work and recover its state. You can remove locally stored data by clearing this site's browser data.

2. Website data

We may collect limited technical and usage data, such as browser type, pages visited, performance measurements, and error events, to operate the site, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the contents of browser-local files for advertising, analytics, or model training.

3. AILabTools inside ChatGPT

When you attach a supported file in ChatGPT, OpenAI may provide a temporary file reference to the AILabTools MCP. The MCP relays that reference only to the private embedded tool and does not download, log, or store the reference or file contents. The embedded tool reads the file directly from OpenAI and processes it locally in the browser.

When you choose to save or download a generated file in ChatGPT, the embedded tool may send that output directly from your browser to OpenAI. It does not pass through the AILabTools backend. OpenAI's terms and privacy policy apply to files held by ChatGPT.

4. Cookies and third-party services

We may use cookies or local storage for language preferences, essential settings, and workflow recovery. Some site functions rely on hosting, analytics, advertising, or other infrastructure providers, whose policies may also apply.

A tool that requires a remote API or model will disclose that behavior in its interface. Browser-local tools do not silently upload your working files to AILabTools.

5. Retention and your choices

We retain website operational data only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, legal obligations, and the purposes described above. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser and manage ChatGPT files through your OpenAI account.
